Frequently asked questions
I'm a bit nervous - should I be?
Absolutely not. Coaching is about making change as easy and fun as possible - it would be self-defeating if the coaching itself
were painful.
Is it expensive?
What's been your biggest outlay on yourself recently? I've just checked out moisturisers and shoes: both things that it's
possible to spend quite a bit on (over £150 for a few mls in the case of one product!). They may make you feel good in the short
term but you do have to keep on spending - and, let's face it, not much really changes. You can pay £95 for a pair of diamante
sling back sandals, wear them once or twice and spend the time in agony. That's what I call expensive.
Coaching is an investment in yourself that will bring lasting benefits (usually not only for yourself but for the people you love, too).
You change your life for the better - permanently.
The real cost is in doing nothing - in continuing with a situation that causes you stress and unhappiness.
And, so that you can feel confident in making the decision, I offer a money back guarantee: if you've been fully committed to the coaching
process and the self development involved and if, at the end of the coaching programme you genuinely feel you've had no benefit from it,
I'll refund your payment in full. I offer the guarantee in good faith and ask my clients to accept it in the same spirit.
Surely I should be able to do this for myself?
You will be doing it for yourself! My role as your coach is to support you, to ask you the questions that will help you to explore
and expand your options, to help you stay focussed and not fall back into the same old ways of thinking.
What if I don't like being told what to do?
You'll be happy! It's not the job of a coach (or anybody else for that matter) to tell you how to live your life.
What if I'm not coachable?
It's unlikely. If you're ready for change and willing to commit yourself to the process involved, there shouldn't be a problem.
Will you keep what I tell you confidential?
Yes, yes, yes. I would only make an exception to that if there were a legal obligation on me or if I felt that one of us or a
third person was in danger.
How do I know I can work with you?
The purpose of the free consultation is for us to decide if we want to work together: it's crucial that we feel we can trust one
another and build a good working relationship.
How long will it take?
Not an easy one to answer without knowing exactly what you need but, when you decide you want to go ahead, we'll agree the goals and the
number of sessions so that you're clear about your commitment.
Do I have to follow one of your programmes or is there flexibility?
Coaching is all about you so I'm happy to be flexible.
The first step
Coaching is tailored exactly to you so I'd like to invite you to book a free consultation where we'll find out if we can work
together and how best to get you smoothly and speedily to your goal. It'll also give me the opportunity to explain my money
back guarantee.
Curious about coaching but don't want the hard sell? Don't worry - I don't do it!
Call me on 01223 811913, or
email me for
a free initial consultation or to request a short self-coaching exercise or an exercise to help you deal with limiting beliefs
that are holding you back. They're free, too, so there's nothing to stop you getting started now!
The sooner you take action, the sooner you'll see the changes you're seeking.
