[My] issues were career issues, I felt like I was at a crossroads and not sure where to go. In addition confidence has always been a problem for me in my working environment.

The programme ... allowed me to think wider than I probably had been and to make me appreciate me.

... having a sounding board that was not biased was great. I think I mostly learned not to be so hard on myself and that what I have done in my life so far is a great achievement in itself.  Culture, society try to inflict ideas, opinions on us all that actually do not necessarily have to be the case. You only get one life and you should do what you want to do not what others expect/think you should do.

I would just like to thank you again for your time and effort. In the meantime I have several business opportunities which I am pursuing to get me to where I want to be.
